IBPS PO Exam Pattern – IBPS CWE PO/MT Exam Pattern Details
2015: IBPS has changed IBPS PO exam pattern this time for its CWE PO/MT-V and
introduced Preliminary and Mains exam scheme for Probationary Officers posts.
New scheme of the Examination for IBPS Probationary Officer Examination 2015 is
given below. IBPS is once again conducting Common Written Examination (CWE
PO/MT) for the recruitment of Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee
vacancies in Public Sector Banks. After official announcement of IBPS POnotification, candidates have start filling online application for IBPS PO Recruitment
2015.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is all
set to conduct the Probationary Officer (PO) Examination 2015. Candidates applied
online for IBPS PO Recruitment 2015 are now looking for IBPS PO new exam details.
IBPS conducts the CGL Examination once a year. This year too, IBPS PO 2015
preliminary exam will be held in the month of October 2015. Candidates who have
applied for IBPS PO 2015 must have knowledge about IBPS PO/MT exam pattern
details.
IBPS PO 2015 Exam Pattern
The IBPS PO exam will consist of Three Phase. IBPS PO
Recruitment process will be consists of two online test and then Interview Examination
will be conducted in two tier i.e. the online examination will be held in two
phases, preliminary and main which consists of objective type questions. IBPS
PO examination will be conducted as indicated below.
Phase-I: Objective Tests (Preliminary Exam)
The Objective Test of 1 hour duration consists of 3 Sections with total marks of 100. Prelim Exam will consist of fewer questions and of shorter
duration. The marks of Prelims exam will not be considered for preparing the
final merit list.
Phase-II: Objective Tests (Mains)
The Objective Test of 2 hour duration consists of 4 Sections
with 50 marks each (Total 200 marks). There will be Negative Marking of 0.25
marks for each wrong answer. If a question is left blank, there will be no
negative marking for that question. All the tests except the Test of English
Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
Phase-III: Interview
IBPS PO Preliminary Examination 2015: 100 Marks
The exam will consists of Objective Tests for 100 marks and
of 1 hour duration consisting of 3 sections as follows:
1. English Language - 30 Qs Marks 30
2. Quantitative Aptitude - 35 Qs Marks 35
3. Reasoning - 35 Qs Marks

Note: Candidates have to qualify in each section by securing
passing marks to be decided by the Bank.
IBPS PO Main Examination 2015: 200 Marks
The Objective Test will be online. The Objective Test with 2
hour duration consists of 4 Sections with 50 marks each (Total 200 marks) as
follows. Questions will be of Objective Type Multiple Choice, set both in Hindi
and English in respect of Parts A, B and C. Check out the table given below.

The candidates are required to qualify in each of the Tests
by securing passing marks, to be decided by the Bank. There will be negative
marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in online examination, there will
be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Candidates are,
therefore, advised to keep this in mind while answering the questions.
IBPS PO Interview 2015: 100 Marks
Similar to Group Discussion, Candidates qualified in both
Online examination and Descriptive tests will be called for Group Discussion.
The qualifying marks in Group Discussion will be as decided by the Bank.
