Sarva UP Gramin Bank Recruitment 2015 – Apply Online for 275 Officers and Office Assistant Positions: Looking for UPGB Recruitment? Sarva U.P. Gramin Bank (UPGB) has issued an employment notification for the recruitment of Officers & Office Asst posts. Online applications are invited from Indian citizens, for the post of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale III), Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Clerk/ Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from Indian citizens who have been declared qualified at the Online CWE for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September 2014.
Candidates who appeared at IBPS Recruitment in the month of September 2015 and have been declared as qualified in the RRBs CWE-III Recruitment are only eligible to apply through online mode from 6th August to 20th August 2015. Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates age should be following. Age relaxation is applicable and it will be calculated as on 01-07-2015.
For Officer Scale II Post: Candidates age should be 21 years to 32 years (candidates should not have been born earlier than 03-07-1982 and later than 30-06-1993).
For Officer Scale I& Office Assistant Post: Candidates age must be between 18 years to 28 years.
For Officer Scale III Post: Candidates age should be between 21 years to 40 years (candidates should not have been born earlier than 03-07-1974 and later than 30-06-1993).

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess the qualification of Degree in any discipline from a recognized university for Office Assistant and Degree in any discipline from a recognized University for Officer Scale-I and office Assistant posts and Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate for Officer Scale II & III posts.

Application Fee: General and other unreserved candidates are required to pay Rs. 100/- while SC/ ST and other reserved category candidates will have to pay only Rs. 20/- as application fee.
Application fee should be paid through CBS at any of the Branches of Sarva U.P. Gramin Bank in A/C No 91512100000798 & Branches of Punjab National Bank in A/C No. 4007002100055989 by means of a Payment challan available in the Bank’s website.

IBPS Score Card (CWE Cutoff Marks): Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Common Written Recruitment conducted by IBPS in the month of September and October 2015, theymusthave a valid score card where they obtained 70 & above for SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD/ SC-EXS/ ST-EXS and 80 & above for OBC/ GEN/ OBC-PWD/ GEN-PWD/ OBC-EXS/ GEN-EXS for Office Assistant Post. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their marks obtained in RRBs-CWE-III online Recruitment conducted by IBPS in the month of September 2015 and then their performance in Interview.

Pay Scale:
Officer Scale I – 14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700.
Officer Scale-II-19400-700/1-20100-800/10-28100.
Officer Scale-III-25700-800/5-29700-900/2-31500.
Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300 (20 years).


Emoluments: Officer Scale-I:- Rs.29759/-, Officer Scale-II:- Rs. 39689/-, Officer Scale-III:- Rs. 52081/-, Office Assistant (Multipurpose):- Rs. 16292/- inclusive of DA & HTA at the current rates depending on the place of posting: Medical Aid, LTC, Gratuity, etc. will be admissible as per Rules of the Bank.

Probation Period: 2 years for Officer Scale-I, Officer Scale-II, Officer Scale-III & 1 year for Office Assistant (Multipurpose).
