The bench of Justice A.K. Tripathi is expected to pronounce its verdict in few days time. According to the Patna High Court Decision, BSSC Graduate Level Mains Exam can be cancelled. They have warned candidates who have been declared as qualified in BSSC Mains exam, don’t consider themselves qualified.

The Patna High Court on Monday, hearing the case against scam in BSSC Graduate Level exam took a big decision and ordered the Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) to stop proceeding further selection procedures. High Court also asked BSSC, Why not Cancel Graduate Level Exam?

  • Declaration of Result: 3rd February 2016
  • Publishing of Marks: 20th February 2016
  • Mains Exam: 27th March 2016

Patna High Court Notice:

There is something amiss in the office of the Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna with regard to the Second Graduate Level Examination, especially in the preliminary examination in the manner it was held and the evaluation done.

In the circumstances all further proceedings with regard to appointment after the conduct of the preliminary examination of the Second Graduate Level Examination of the Bihar Staff Selection Commission shall remain in abeyance till further orders.

Any publication of result after the conduct of the main examination, in no manner, will create any right in favour of the successful candidates to be appointed at this juncture looking at the controversy plaguing the publication of preliminary examination result.

Now it’s clear, No Physical Test for Bihar Daroga and Councelling for other posts will be conducted in recent time.

Finally the wait is over. Patna High Court has finally announced Judgement for all the case against Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) for its preliminary and mains exam result declaration. As per the Judgement Case has been dismissed.

29 June 2016: High Court Notice

To be listed on 12th of July, 2016 so that all the counsels representing the petitioner can put their heads together and crystallize the objections with regard to model questions and answers, which are subject matter of dispute now. 

12 July 2016: Patna High Court Notice

Matter will be listed after two weeks, i.e., on 26th of July, 2016.
Counsel for the Staff Selection Commission will keep in view the position, which has been crystallized in the chart prepared by the petitioners and even supplied to them with regard to the question-answers and the confusion created therein.
